Unit 2, Oaks Business Park, Newmarket - Warehouse Demolition

This scheme involved the Project Management of the full demolition of all industrial buildings to adjacent plots to a site situated on the outskirts of Newmarket.

CS2 Project Managed the scheme whilst on site, attending regular site inspections to ensure the works proceeded satisfactorily and acted as the complete link between the Client and the Contractor.
