CS2 was instructed to prepare and serve a Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations of this Grade II Listed building.

CS2 worked with the Client to assist with the new Tenant’s requirements to fit out the premises, assisting with the licence for alteration and liaising with the Tenant’s building surveyor in connection with the acquisition.
