CS2’s were appointed by the Landlord to enforce a terminal dilapidations claim on 3,000 ft2 of warehouse premises with ancillary office accommodation.
The works were undertaken to a good standard and finished by the lease expiry date, which enabled the Landlord to put the unit back onto the market straight away.
