CS2’s were appointed by the Landlord to enforce a terminal dilapidations claim and 2,500 ft2 of warehouse premises with ancillary office accommodation.
After negotiations the Tenant came back with an offer of £35,000 which equates to £14 per ft2. This provided the Landlord with more than enough money to cover the cost of the works required to return the unit into a tenantable condition.
