• Working with the client’s executive team to formulate and provide a working environment that met with their continuing business expansion.

CS2 were instructed to act as project managers and cost consultants on the fit-out of a new 35,000 sq.ft premise in a fully serviced office facility in the city centre of Manchester. In addition to managing the fit-out, CS2 were tasked with advising the client on overall strategic solutions to issues such as the move management, existing property matters and future management of the new office facility. CS2 project managed the design and construction process and acted as a conduit between the contractor, the client, the client’s legal advisors and two separate Landlords. Through efficient management, CS2 eliminated potential delays in time and cost. The project was successfully completed within a very strict budget and timescale.
