CS2 contract administrated a purpose built 4,645m2/50,000ft2 warehouse extension procured under a traditional JCT contract for a worldwide logistics company. The client required additional space to accommodate increased business in logistical services. CS2’s role involved procuring all statutory consents, the full design and specification of the building, tendering, compiling contract documentation, and administrating works through to practical completion.
