CS2 were instructed by a contractor client, to undertake a full elemental measure of the proposed works to enable them to submit a compliant tender submission for this high profile regeneration scheme in the heart of Wembley. The project comprised the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a complex 13 storey, 115 unit social housing scheme with associated commercial space, substantial underground car park and external works. The client used CS2’s Bills of Quantities in order to accurately price the works, submit a compliant bid and successfully negotiate the contract as part of a competitive tender process. CS2 has an extensive database of similar projects that were measured on behalf of our contractor clients in order to assist with the submission of a successful tender.
