CS2 were appointed to survey this commercial office property space including over ground and two upper floors, with additional plant, storage and car parking facilities over two basement levels. Subsequent to agreeing in principle terms for surrender of the lease with the tenant of the property, ING Real Estate instructed CS2 to undertake a full building inspection report on the property in order to identify any issues requiring remedy prior to expiry of the lease. This was used in conjunction with a full terminal schedule of dilapidations that CS2 had previously prepared, to assist ING in reaching a lease termination settlement with the tenant. In conjunction with the lease surrender, CS2 agreed the scope of works for the tenant to exit the property, and monitored those on behalf of ING.
