The Client required the re-instatement of the retail unit to return it to core and shell space ready for a new tenant. The previous tenants had vacated the premises in a state of disrepair and fitted out to suit their own requirements.CS2’s role involved procuring listed building consent, preparing the specification of work and drawings, tendering, contract administration and CDM co-ordination. The project was delivered to the satisfaction of the Landlord, on programme and below projected budget costs and fully prepared to accommodate the incoming tenant’s fit out works.
