CS2 were instructed to undertake a reinstatement cost assessment of this central London Grade II listed building constructed in circa 1868 with retail area to the ground floor and offices to the remainder. The facade being built of red brick with decorative stone dressings, tall mansards and pavilion roofs with rusticated piers to the ground floor shop fronts. CS2 provided technical skill and in-house cost consultants expertise to provide an accurate reinstatement cost assessment of the building.
