CS2 Expertise

CS2 were instructed to act as project managers and cost consultants on the fit-out of their existing 36,000 sqft premise, incorporating a further 36,000 sq.ft new build extension. CS2 gave the ICO the professional construction and cost advice needed to make informed decisions regarding the current and future use of their leased property. CS2 acted on all aspects of the project from providing technical advice on construction techniques and management of the main contractor through to advice on internal move management. The project was completed on time and within very strict budgetary constraints. CS2 managed the process between landlord and tenant to ensure that the tenant was protected from future dilapidation liabilities where achievable.

The project was formally opened by Chancellor George Osborne on the 29th October 2010.
