- Opened up a large potential development of a parcel of land in excess of 7 acres.
- Coordinated and liaised with statutory authorities to arrange for disconnection of mains gas, electricity and water along with obtaining the relevant building regulations and planning approval to undertake the demolition work.
CS2 provided assistance and advice to the client on all factors associated with the demolition such as asbestos removal, environmental issues, adjoining property etc, in order to facilitate the smooth development of the project through to construction phase. CS2 compiled the contract documentation, tendered the works to approved demolition contractors and provided detailed advice on the adequacy of the contractors to carry out the works both in cost terms and from a practical point of view.
CS2 managed the project whilst on site, attending regular site inspection to ensure the work proceeded satisfactorily.
