• Open up a large potential development of a parcel of land in excess of 7 acres.

CS2 coordinated and liaised with all statutory authorities to arrange for disconnection of the mains gas, electricity and water, along with obtaining the relevant building regulations and planning approval to undertake the demolition works. CS2 provided assistance and advice to the client on all factors associated with the demolition such as asbestos removal, environmental issues and adjoining property, in order to facilitate the smooth development of the project through to construction phase. CS2 compiled the contract documentation, tendered the works to various approved demolition contractors and provided detailed advice on the adequacy of the contractors to carry out the works both in cost terms and from a practical point of view.
