ING Real Estate
CS2 was instructed to prepare fire insurance reinstatement assessments on five of the portfolios held by ING.  The properties were spread throughout the UK.  All 621 properties were surveyed and reports prepared within the Client’s required timeframe of six weeks.

CS2 completed a £1.1 million refurbishment of an office building in the centre of Bracknell on spec, on budget and on time.  Shortly after completion of the work, the property was re-let by ING.

Fyffes Group Limited
in order to comply with their statutory obligations, Fyffes required Type 2 asbestos surveys undertaken on their entire UK portfolio.  This process was successfully managed by CS2 who then received instructions to undertake similar surveys on the entire Fyffes’ portfolio in the Republic of Ireland.  All of the properties were inspected by CS2 and the reports were issued in under three weeks!

Newmarket Business Park
CS2 has project managed the construction of six phases of development on Newmarket Business Park, including prestigious cytology laboratories for Addenbrooke’s Hospital and a major new distribution building for Taylor Woodrow.  All phases of development have been completed on spec, on budget and on time.

Baxter Healthcare PLC
CS2 acted for Baxter Healthcare PLC in reducing a dilapidations claim against them from £350K to £125K.

Vodafone Limited
CS2 has inspected almost the entire Vodafone portfolio and has prepared planned maintenance programmes in respect of the total of 250 properties throughout the UK.  One of the phases, comprising 112 properties, was completed within a period of six weeks.

Capital & Counties
CS2 has undertaken access audits in relation to the Disability Discrimination Act on 13 major buildings throughout the UK, within Capital & Counties portfolio.

Dawnay Day Hotels
CS2 has undertaken access audits in relation to the Disability Discrimination Act on 16 large hotels throughout the UK within the Paramount Hotel chain.
