Job Title:              Associate Director / Senior Building Surveyor

We have an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join our established Manchester team.

The candidate should have experience within the commercial property sector and have good management and marketing and networking skills. A proven track record of being able to generate instructions is essential.

Good working knowledge of dilapidations required and an understanding of project management and other disciplines. A working knowledge of the reporting of RICS APC would be beneficial. CAD literacy and IT skills essential.

Salary negoitable plus benefits, company car and bonus.
