CS2 history

CS2 was formed in 1999 with the vision to deliver an unrivalled and innovative service to clients.

Since then, the firm has grown rapidly with a network of six offices across the UK including Birmingham, Bristol, London, Manchester, Milton Keynes and Northampton. With over 40 members of staff, CS2 has specialist teams in dilapidations headed by David Jay, one of the UK’s acknowledged dilapidations authorities, a quantity surveying team headed by expert cost consultant Carl Raven and building services led by Steven Wall.

Our style is to work with, not for, our clients. We believe our commercial skill and “right first time” approach is vital in bringing our instructions to a successful conclusion. Our reputation is built upon our attention to detail, our wealth of experience and our ability to deliver.
